RATES, INSURANCE, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATIONS
Please carefully read the information about our rates, how to use your insurance, payments accepted, and how to cancel your appointment without any penalties.
Your therapy may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We accept most insurance.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
If you choose not to use insurance, please call our office to discuss rates. Additionally, we offer discounted rates for those interested in meeting with our Counselor in Residence or Supervisees in Social Work. This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, please inquire with one of our Client Care Coordinators.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as a form of payment. If you have any questions about billing, please call us.

We require 24-hour notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Old Towne Counseling Services. If you miss your appointment, cancel or reschedule your appointment without 24-hours notice the following fees will apply:
$80.00 fee will be added to your account if you are meeting with a licensed therapist
$140.00 fee if you are meeting with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
$100.00 fee if meeting with a Psychologist
$55.00 fee is meeting with a Resident or Supervisee
