The one that tirelessly makes sure everything gets done and everyone is where they need to be.

You’re the CEO of the household – managing people, delegating tasks, and keeping everyone on schedule.

Many moms ask us how neurofeedback can help their kids. We believe neurofeedback works best when the whole family does it. Today, we’re going to talk about how neurofeedback can help busy moms reduce stress, improve sleep, and prioritize self-care.


What Is Neurofeedback?


If you’re new to neurofeedback, it’s a type of brain training that can help your brain work to find its most optimal state. Your brain is always learning, organizing, and self-regulating. Neurofeedback can help you tap into this ability more quickly by giving your brain information about itself. Once your brain has this information, it can make changes accordingly.

Most people want to try neurofeedback to help with a specific goal or because they are struggling in a certain area of their life. Many moms come to us looking for help with their kids with ADHD to help with sleep, focus, and attention. But neurofeedback use in the family can start with you.


We strongly believe that neurofeedback is best utilized when the whole family does it. Many moms neglect themselves when they’re trying to take care of everyone else.


As a busy, working mom myself, I found neurofeedback during a time of chronic illness and stress. I tried everything – vitamins, supplements, meditation, yoga, acupuncture, functional medicine, diet, and psychotherapy. You name it, I tried it. I just felt like something was missing.
