“I believe everyone deserves mental health care that sees the whole person—not just a diagnosis”.
Introduction
Hi, I’m Linda, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through compassionate, thoughtful mental health care. With over 13 years in healthcare, including 10 years in pediatric nursing at leading hospitals across the East Coast, I’ve cared for children and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. My journey includes experience in pediatric medical-surgical care, hematology/oncology, neurology, inpatient psychiatry, rehabilitation, long-term care, as well as time in the NICU and PICU. These experiences taught me that mental health care works best when we see the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
How I Approach Care
I believe mental health is shaped by the connection between a person’s physical health, environment, relationships, and stage of development. That’s why I take a holistic approach, grounded in evidence-based psychiatric care, while also using a functional lens to uncover the root causes that may be affecting emotional well-being. Early mental health support can have a lasting impact, and my goal is to help children, adolescents, and young adults build resilience, confidence, and practical tools that support lifelong growth.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals of all races, cultures, nationalities, genders, sexual orientations, and neurodiversity or abilities where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected.

For Parents & Caregivers
I believe supporting a child’s mental health means supporting the family, too. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers, offering guidance, education, and reassurance every step of the way, while always honoring a child or teen’s voice and individuality.
To better support busy families, I offer later appointment hours, making it easier to access care after school and work hours without adding extra stress to your day.
