Operations Manager

Who Am I?

I’m the Operations Manager at Old Towne Counseling, where I’ve proudly been part of the team for nine years. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside the practice and take on a role that allows me to support our Providers, Clients and Admin Team. I enjoy supporting the many behind-the-scenes details that help our practice run smoothly and allow our team to provide the best care possible.

How I Support Our Team & Clients:

As Operations Manager, I oversee our administrative team and help ensure we provide excellent customer service across the entire practice. I coordinate the credentialing process with insurance companies for new providers joining our practice, assist with billing needs, and work closely with our Billing Team to ensure billing processes run smoothly and accurately. I also help oversee operations across all five office locations, supporting our teams, addressing day-to-day needs, and ensuring each office runs as smoothly as possible.

Outside the Office, I Enjoy...

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three daughters. I enjoy shopping, going to concerts, live sporting events, discovering new restaurants, traveling whenever I get the chance, and unwinding each night with a good reality TV show. I’m also a big Disney fan and it's definitely one of my favorite places to visit and make memories!
