Who Am I?

As the HR Coordinator at Old Towne Counseling (OTC), I’m passionate about supporting people and creating a positive experience from the very beginning. I enjoy connecting with others, helping people feel welcomed and confident in their roles, and being someone our team can turn to for support along the way.

How I Support Our Team & Clients:

I support our team throughout many stages of their journey with OTC — from the hiring process to onboarding, training, and continued development. I also oversee our interns, helping guide and support them as they gain experience and grow professionally. A big part of my role is making sure new team members feel welcomed, prepared, and connected while helping create processes that keep our team organized and supported. Ultimately, by taking care of the people who care for our clients, I help contribute to a positive experience for everyone we serve.

Outside the Office, I Enjoy...

Outside of the office, most of my favorite things involve spending time with my husband and our four kids. I love traveling and making new memories together, cheering on my kids as they play the sports they love, and searching for great hole-in-the-wall restaurants wherever we go. When I have a little time to myself, you can usually find me reading a good book or at my local barn riding horses—one of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge.
