CHUCK FULTZ

Owner of Old Towne Counseling

Chuck Fultz is the owner of Old Towne Counseling Services, where he leads the practice's mission of expanding access to high-quality mental health care across the Richmond metro area. Chuck has spent his career building and leading healthcare companies that make a difference in people's lives. He previously led a multidisciplinary team of licensed clinical social workers, mental health counselors, and nurses at a care-coordination company serving patients with complex health needs, and has worked with children with autism.

Those experiences shaped a simple conviction: great care starts with taking care of the people who provide it. Chuck is committed to making OTC a fantastic place to work — where therapists and nurse practitioners feel supported, valued, and free to focus on what they do best. When providers thrive, clients get the best possible care, and that connection drives every decision he makes.

Old Towne Counseling is growing, and Chuck brings deep experience taking companies to the next level. His focus is on expanding OTC's reach — more clinicians, more locations, more ways to serve the community — while protecting the personal, relationship-driven care that has always defined the practice.

Chuck holds a BA in Economics from John Carroll University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
