Audrey utilizes the skills learned through her current practice and social work background to provide safety, support, and hope for those she serves. Audrey approaches work with clients through a strength-bases perspective and utilizes skills from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and expressive therapy in her work.  Audrey is originally from New England and moved to Virginia to obtain her Master's in Social Work which she completed in 2017 at VCU. Audrey then became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2022.
