Michelle Sams has over 14 years of post-graduate experience working with children, couples, and families. Michelle also works especially well with teenage girls who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, adults with relationship difficulties, teens suffering from depression and anxiety, and young children with focus and attention issues and other behavioral challenges.

 

Michelle wants to help her clients heal by being genuine and supportive while also teaching them coping skills and exploring positive solutions to the problems they face.

Michelle believes it is vital to acknowledge trauma and other experiences, express your feelings about what has happened in your past, process this information to the fullest extent possible, and gain a better understanding of where you are and where you want to be. She works from a strengths-based perspective and believes that solutions are always within reach.
